2020 Annual Continuous Improvement Outstanding Project Conference
On the afternoon of January 29, 2021, the company held the 2020 annual continuous improvement excellent project conference. At the beginning of the meeting, Wang Qi, senior manager of manufacturing support system, reviewed the implementation and revenue of the company's continuous improvement projects in 2020: 368 new projects were added annually, the project improvement revenue was 14.651 million billion yuan, the annual basic target completion rate was 113, and the challenge target completion rate was 105.
