ASingapore Anhui 2021-2025 Strategic Seminar Held Successfully


From October 31 to November 1, the 2021-2025 strategic seminar of AXin Branch Anhui Company was successfully held at Luoling Bay Hotel on Sichuan-Tibet Line in Ningguo City. More than 60 people including the company's general manager Gong Huabing, middle and senior managers, representatives of various sales regions, and representatives of grassroots managers attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by the company's administrative personnel director Li Changchun.

At the opening of the meeting, General Manager Gong Huabing pointed out that ASIMCO Anhui is currently a wholly state-owned enterprise. The company has always adhered to the path of internationalization and globalization based on domestic development. In recent years, affected by national policies, industry status, market environment and other aspects, the automobile industry is facing many new opportunities and challenges. ASIMCO Anhui is currently in such a critical period of development. This strategy seminar is to find and solve the important problems in the process of enterprise development. I hope that everyone will think carefully in combination with their own work fields, put forward questions and suggestions, discuss and collide together, and plan and realize the future development of ASIMCO Anhui.

 

The strategy meeting was divided into three parts, with discussions, announcements and questions and answers on three levels around the company's strategic objectives.

In the first part, the company's sales modules each released the sales budget for 2021 and the next 5 years, the planning accuracy and comprehensive planning management, and the customer transformation strategy. The analysis and explanation were carried out from five aspects: objectives, implementation paths, obstacles and support, and 2020 best practice sharing, and the questions of the company's general manager and on-site personnel were answered on the spot.

The second part of the company's production module released how to complete the sales, profit, per capita efficiency indicators of the program and strategy, mainly from the following five aspects: quality, cost, delivery, efficiency and production mode transformation of the explanation, and on-site to answer the company's general manager and on-site personnel's questions.

The third part of the company's functional modules according to the business strategy to release the company's operational support programs and strategies, mainly from the supply chain assurance, quality assurance, product transformation, digitalization, management innovation, financial orientation and risk control were released and explained, and on-site to answer the company's general manager and on-site personnel's questions.

Throughout the meeting, everyone expressed their opinions, conducted in-depth analysis and discussion from all aspects of the company, and put forward many valuable opinions and suggestions for the future development of the company.

After the meeting, the company planned the group building activities, so that the participants felt that the team needed to unite and challenge difficulties in the activities of education and fun, so as to seek common development and win the future.

 

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Gong once again clarified the company's development strategy plan for the next five years 2021-2025, and focused on the "one normal, seven major initiatives and three guidelines" to comprehensively elaborate the main action plan to realize the company's development strategy.

Gong's expectations and requirements: The strategy seminar is just the beginning. The company will sort out and refine the suggestions and opinions of the participants to form a specific plan for implementation. After the meeting, each system should carry out important strategic deployment in combination with its own reality, find out the correct positioning, adjust the indicators, clarify the vision, achieve "something to do, something not to do", focus on solving the problem of how to implement the strategic objectives, become a strong support for the company's overall strategy, and fully realize the strategic objectives of ASIMCO Anhui Company from 2021 to 2025. I believe that with the joint efforts of all employees, ASIMCO Anhui will be able to achieve its future development planning goals!
