From April 26 to 30, 2020, AXin Branch Anhui ushered in the supervision and audit of the IATF16949 quality management system. This audit involves four factories of ASIMCO Noise and Vibration Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd., Anhui ASIMCO Sealing Technology Co., Ltd., Ningguo ASIMCO Hardware Products Co., Ltd. and ASIMCO NVH Chongqing Branch. This year's audit has increased the NVH Chongqing sub-site than ever before. After a week of close and rigorous audit work, TUV Rhine's audit expert group finally gave high evaluation and recognition to our quality management system and unanimously agreed that ASIMCO Anhui passed the audit.
At the first meeting, the company's vice president of quality, Mr. Shu, had a detailed exchange with the audit team on the company's basic profile, and comprehensively introduced the company's development history and performance this year. After the audit plan is introduced in detail by the audit teacher, the audit formally proceeds.
The audit teacher group conducted a detailed audit of the company's strategic plan, management review, project management, product research and development, procurement management, manufacturing, quality management, marketing, human resource management, equipment management, customer service and other processes. The responsible persons at the scene answered the questions actively, seriously and concretely, which fully reflected the solid professional quality of the employees of Yaxinke and the self-confidence and calm adaptability of the workers in all production links.
At the last meeting, the audit team fully affirmed the operation effect of our system, pointed out some shortcomings in the operation process of the system, and put forward some pertinent suggestions. In this audit, there are 12 general non-conformities, 4 NVH, 1 Chongqing factory, 2 sealing technologies and 5 hardware products. Next, we will do a good job in the rectification of problems found in the supervision and audit, find gaps, grasp implementation, make up for weaknesses, strengths and weaknesses, and ensure the effective and continuous operation of the company's management system.
