Passion Lights Youth Struggle to Achieve Future-ASIMCO Anhui University Students' Struggle Month Project Successfully Concluded
According to the requirements of the company's general manager, the college students' struggle month project not only implements the company's mobilization order for the third quarter, but also deepens the new college students' understanding of Ningguo and the company, stimulates their enthusiasm for work, guides their work thinking and cognition, improves their work ability, enhances their mutual communication and better work coordination, and promotes their rapid integration into their work roles, the aim is to create a passionate, innovative and capable team of college students for ASIMCO Anhui, and promote the company's better and faster development in the future.
In order to implement the company's mobilization order of "seizing opportunities, mobilizing together, fighting together, working hard in the third quarter and sprinting for the whole year. In August 2023, ASIMCO Anhui held the "Passion Lights Youth, Struggle to Achieve the Future-ASIMCO Anhui College Students' Struggle Month Activity" in the evening and Sunday. A total of 144 college students from all systems of the company participated in the activity.
This college students' struggle month project includes the following four main contents: 1. The start-up meeting of the college students' struggle month project; 2. Appraisal of post pacesetters and skill stars; 3. AUBA Asian New Science Anhui University Basketball Competition; 4. Project review, commendation, summary and team building.
At 9:00 a.m. on August 6, the college students' struggle month project was officially launched in the large conference room on the second floor of the sealed technical restaurant. At the beginning of the meeting, Sun Fangfang, chairman of the company's trade union, introduced the college students' struggle month project. After that, all the participating college students made a brief self-introduction. At the same time, Wu Junfang, deputy director of Ningguo Municipal Bureau of human resources and social security, was invited to introduce Ningguo's future planning and development and Ningguo's new talent policy. Finally, Li Changchun, director of administrative personnel, gave college students "ASIMCO Anhui Production Process Training", conducted group discussions and on-site Q & A, and announced the official launch of the College Students' Struggle Month Project.
After the kick-off meeting on August 6, all college students formally participated in the post pacesetter and skill star appraisal activities according to the appraisal rules. For those college students who have entered the post, they formulated work objectives and work plans at the beginning of the month. At the end of the month, they evaluated 10 post pacesetters according to the four dimensions of "completion of work objectives, problems faced and solutions, personal summary and reflection, and next work objectives and measures, for the college students who are still practicing in the workshop, according to the cumulative completion rate of class production target and attendance days in August, a total of 5 skill stars were selected.
At 16:00 p.m. on August 11, the AUBA Asia-new Anhui college basketball competition officially started at the company's Zhongxi basketball court. 144 college students formed four basketball teams and held four college basketball competitions after work and on weekends. after fierce competition, the college basketball team "ah pair team", which is about to graduate in 2024, finally won the championship of this competition. At the same time, in order to inherit the spirit of college students' struggle and light up the future of youth achievement, a company old college student VS new college student league basketball match was specially arranged. the match was extremely fierce and they tried their best to score 43:41. the old college student team narrowly won by virtue of many years of basketball experience in the company. the new college student league team was pulled down too many points by the old college student team due to lack of on-set experience in the first quarter. despite hard work, but the spirit of the players and the experience learned is even more valuable.
At 13:00 p.m. on August 27, the review, commendation and summary of the college students' struggle month project were held in the conference room on the third floor of the company's staff club. the meeting first reviewed the wonderful moments of the whole college students' struggle month in the form of short video. And the AUBA basketball competition winning team and MVP awards, post pacesetter and skill star awards, college students strive for youth awards.
After that, Li Changchun, the company's administrative personnel director, made a project summary in combination with the company's development plan for the next five years and the career development plan for college students: 1. The company will be in a period of rapid development in the next five years. After everyone strives to break through the 2 billion in 2024, the company will enter a larger track, open a new situation and become a global company; 2. The company needs a large number of talents in the development process. All college students entered the right company at the right time, everyone should seize the opportunity of the company's development, set personal career goals, focus on work, learn to work, learn to learn, lay a solid foundation, improve rapidly, achieve their career goals in stages, and develop together with the company. 3. After the meeting, the college students started a happy group building activity.
