On June 3, 2023, ASIMCO Anhui Continuous Improvement Office organized the fourth WorkShop sharing meeting in the Sealing Division, aiming to further strengthen the company's production site management level and strictly implement the grid management of each responsibility area. Realize the overall improvement of various on-site management levels and strive to create a first-class on-site management culture. The main leaders of the production department, rubber refining factory, mold factory and holding reform office of each division participated in the sharing meeting. The theme of this issue is: site management improvement.
The company's holding reform office first reported on the continuous improvement work. The company's continuous improvement project income from January to May was 10.8 million yuan. As of May 31, the cumulative number of new projects was 512, an increase of 156 over the same period in 2022.
After that, each of the three divisions will share the division's annual site management improvement plan and excellent site management improvement cases. In this sharing meeting, the workshop team leader from the vulcanization section of the Sealing Division also actively participated in the sharing, introducing the improvement of public areas in the responsible area of the vulcanization workshop, the improvement of film dust collection and exhaust air outlet dust, and the improvement of the workbench of the vulcanization workshop.
Then, according to the requirements of the company's production site management plan, the black flag section of the three major operating systems made a report on the improvement and sharing of weak links on site in April. Finally, the Continuous Improvement Office conducted training and application explanation on "ASIMCO Visualization Guide" for all participants.
