Supervision and audit of IATF16949 quality management system and replacement audit of ISO45001 occupational health and safety
From February 28 to March 4, 2022, five audit experts from TUV Rheinland Company conducted the supervision and audit of IATF16949 quality management system and the replacement audit of ISO45001 occupational health and safety. This audit involves four factories of ASIMCO Noise and Vibration Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd., Anhui ASIMCO Sealing Technology Co., Ltd., Ningguo ASIMCO Hardware Products Co., Ltd. and ASIMCO Noise and Vibration Technology (Anhui) Co., Ltd. Chongqing Branch.
This audit, due to the impact of the epidemic, had to temporarily change the ASIMCO Anhui, in addition to the Chongqing factory other than the other three on-site audit into a remote video audit, after receiving the notice, the factory immediately made a full and detailed review adjustment and arrangement.
At the audit site, our internal auditors cooperated closely with TUV teachers and showed all kinds of audit documents to teachers through Teams meetings. And the use of mobile phone video on the production workshop operation site display. The person in charge of each module has given detailed answers to the audit questions raised by customers. His rich professional knowledge and good working ability have also been recognized by the audit teacher. In view of the problems found in the audit, the relevant responsible persons of our company also actively revised and reflected, and consulted the teachers on the spot. The expert group conducted a five-day strict audit of our company's management and relevant persons in charge of each module through sampling inspection, on-site record viewing, remote questioning, etc., and collected a large amount of relevant data. Finally, TUV Rhine's audit expert group unanimously approved that ASIMCO Anhui met the system standard requirements and agreed to pass the audit.
At the last meeting, the audit expert group gave a high evaluation on the effectiveness of our system operation. It is believed that both external performance and internal quality control of our company meet the system requirements. At the same time, it also places higher expectations on Axinke Anhui. Under the fierce market competition, ASingapore Anhui will continue to actively respond to changes and meet every challenge in the future quickly and efficiently.
