2021 ASingapore Anhui Core Cast Aluminum Supplier Cultivation Launch Meeting

The meeting was presided over by Gao Guotao, head of the Procurement Quality Department. First, he introduced the background and purpose of the cultivation to the participants. At the same time, he also briefly explained to everyone the general trend that the number of aluminum castings used in the company has increased year by year and will be more widely used in the future. Then, SQE Yang Runcheng of the purchasing quality department showed you some failure modes of die-cast aluminum parts in the company and customers in recent years, so that everyone had a sensory understanding of the quality problems and the major losses caused by them.

 

 

 

Quality is an attitude and a consciousness. Director Liang Dongping of the company's quality system shared the quality consciousness for us, explaining what quality is, the application prospect of cast aluminum parts in the whole vehicle and the recall situation respectively. Then, the manager of the procurement quality department explained the specific implementation plan of this cultivation, and also elaborated on the industry background of this cultivation. The fourth part of the meeting was that Mr. Li Zhantao, vice president of procurement of the company, signed target performance cards with participating suppliers on the performance of this cultivation, and the general managers of each supplier took the stage to sign them one by one.

 

 

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Li made a concluding speech, analyzing the main development trends of the global automobile industry in the future, and the main milestones of the overall development of China's automobile industry, showing everyone that there are still great prospects for the future development of China's automobile industry. At the same time, the products manufactured by Asianke Anhui cover traditional internal combustion engine vehicles, energy-saving vehicles and new energy vehicles with future development directions. At the same time, it also introduces the company's five-year development plan and the action plan related to the construction of the supply chain system.
