ASimco Sealing Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. successfully passed Bosch audit and realized the first batch of mass production and delivery.
The production base in Thailand has achieved the first real mass production and delivery, accumulating experience for the future construction and expansion of overseas business in Anhui Province. In the future, Asianke Anhui will firmly grasp the dynamics of market demand, continue to increase investment, take customers as the center, and provide customers with satisfactory products and services.
Axinke Anhui Thailand production base has been in preparation since September 2021, coinciding with a special period of severe international and domestic epidemics. From the original few people and several sets of equipment to the formation of the team and the improvement of various equipment in the factory, it has been reviewed by Bosch in Thailand for many times before and after, and finally successfully and formally passed Bosch's review in February 2023, realizing the first batch of mass production and delivery.
ASingapore's Anhui Thailand production site initially welcomed Bosch's first audit on December 7, 2021. The standardized operation of the company's employees throughout the production process left a good impression on Bosch and won their trust. After that, the Thai company team began to prepare PPAP and product samples, which were sent to Bosch in Thailand and Bosch in France for review. At the same time, Thai Bosch will come to track our progress every Thursday. During this period, we have made round-by-round improvements to the factory, gradually reaching the level required by Bosch, which has been affirmed and recognized by Thai Bosch.
On the arduous road to the construction of the production base in Thailand, various problems have arisen due to the epidemic environment and various uncertain factors. However, the pace and enthusiasm of the development of the Thai branch have not diminished at all. The work of the Thai factory is normal and orderly. The products and audits of customers are completed with quality and quantity, showing customers efficient execution and strong cohesion.
