Adhering to Principles and Awe of Quality-Summary and Sharing of 100-day Inspection Activities and Three-stage Inspection Star Conference

On October 7, 2021, the summary sharing of the 100-day inspection activities and the three-stage inspection star conference were held on the second floor of Anhui yaxinke sealing technology co., ltd. as scheduled. Company leaders, sealing management personnel and all inspectors of the sealing section 34 participated in the commendation activity. The statistical cycle of the 100-day inspection in August is July 20-August 30.

 

 

According to the line, the star list and black list of each section were selected, and many inspection line inspectors won the star list and the title of inspection star.

 

Since the launch of the 100-day inspection campaign on May 20, the number of external customer complaints has dropped significantly.

 

 

In the award ceremony, Director Liang of the Quality System summarized the inspection activities from the aspects of complaints, red and black lists of the three-phase activities, return inspection batches, etc., and also analyzed the current quality status of sealing. It is hoped that through such inspection activities, the quality awareness and professional ability of inspectors will be improved, and the future challenges will be met with full enthusiasm.

 

Liang Zong announced the follow-up quality activities. The company will continue the selection mode of the inspection star and select the inspection craftsman at the end of the year. The inspection craftsman will enjoy the title subsidy for the whole year of 2022. As well as organizing inspection craftsmen to carry out activities such as one area assistance and experience sharing.

 

Manager Cheng Long shared the current quality form of sealing technology and the analysis of past failure cases. Clear pictures and real cases greatly touched the inspectors on the scene.

 

The inspection star, the sampling inspector and the audience all spoke freely. While summing up the past work experience, they also elaborated on the goal of quality zero defects and their future work priorities.

 

Some inspectors expressed that they should do better and surpass themselves on the existing basis. Some inspection stars said they would continue to be strict with themselves and become role models. Some inspectors said that quality should be put before output. All inspectors mentioned that they should strictly follow the standards.

 

 

As the quality supervisor of sealing technology, Zhang Guiyun stated that this activity has really been implemented and achieved tangible results. In this way, we have stronger confidence in the face of the crisis.

 

 

Mr. Wang elaborated on the development of sealing quality in the future. The focus of future work will be on moving the quality pressure forward and curbing defects from production. It is necessary to improve quality awareness throughout the production chain, and every piece is done well, and the final result will be good.
